Location - ideal, really close to the common areas and with a great choice of food stalls. Also, at the airport.

The hotel was fairly clean, huge. The room was cheap with kids friendly linens, iron, for example, and the staff was always available.

Very good facilities in general, stunning and wonderful location to arrange a taxi as all the close by markets have been shutdown. Large bed, extremely pleasant and well furnished room with a balcony, Wi-Fi, and a mini fridge. Early check-in and late check-out, parking outside the hotel.

The check-in was smooth, we truly enjoyed salad bar. The room seemed spacious, the bed was fine. The staff were lovely and was always available, with extra attention to the details.

Good drinks at salad bar, nice service. Reasonably spacious rooms with a lovely view of the ocean. Varied and satisfactory breakfast with a huge variety of food options. Pretty nice area, secluded location near other areas, and Thailand at $ 180 a night.

I ate at an excellant restaurant for breakfast. The view of the pool was LOVELY. It was in a great and beautiful location right next to pubs and bars.

Location: the hotel was very close to good priced restaurants and massage salons, the beach with direct path and a lovely very well maintained and clean tropical garden. I tried some drinks at bar Audy Restaurant, located 5 minutes walk away;)))

The venue was clean and the staff were excellent and amazing friendly. The breakfast was varied and very very good, the check in was early. Also, I parked on site. The location was good and beautiful for visiting restaurants and a cinema minutes from the hotel. You could walk to a local market and local markets.

Its location was stunning and comfortable, just 5 minutes walk from a shopping mall. And the area was very very nice, so close to Patong beach/markets, free cinemas, free iceblocks and free exercise classes as well as the Novotel Surin Beach. The room was modern and brand-new, plus the bed was very clean.

The property was intimate with responsive staff on shift, I loved the stay. I got nicely furnished room with 120cm wide beds.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is just across from the beach, making it easy to take a dip in the clear waters. I was impressed with the range of room amenities, including 24-hour room service and airport shuttle. The staff, especially the manager named Kim, were friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities were outstanding, such as the aqua park and spa & wellness centre. I also enjoyed the dining options, particularly the buffet breakfast.

I highly recommend this place to all.
